关於公司员工辞退、辞职、自动离厂、旷工相关规定

为规范公司员工各类离职流程,维护正常人才流动秩序;确保公司和各类离职员工的合法权益;避免出现员工辞职期间内消极怠工或离职后因工作交接不清楚,影响接任人无法顺利开展工作等状况,特制订本规定。

中小规格漆包线技术发展趋势

细径化

由于电器产品的小型化,如摄录一体机、随身听、电子钟表、微型继电器、汽车、摩托车配件、电子仪表、洗衣机、电视机组件等所用的漆包线都朝着细径化方向发展。例如,彩电用高压包即一体化行输出回扫变压器用漆包线原采用分段槽绕法绝缘时,使用规格范围为?φ 0.06~0.08 mm且均为加厚绝缘,现设计改为平绕法层间绝缘绕制结构后,线径改为?φ 0.03~0.04 mm,且薄漆层即可。我国每年彩电生产近3 000万台,仅此一项估算需耗用?φ 0.03~0.04 mm漆包线近350 t/a,再加上其它产品需求,用量相当可观,但目前绝大部分仍需依靠进口。

轻量化

根据电器产品的设计要求,在一些要求不高的使用场合所采用的轻量化方法是选材轻量化而非细径轻量化,如一些要求不高的微型电机、扬声器音圈、人工心脏起搏器、微波炉变压器等,产品采用漆包铝线、漆包铜包铝线来加工,这些选材与我们普通的漆包铜线相比有重量轻,价格低的优点,也存在着加工困难、焊接性差、抗拉强度小等缺点。仅微波炉变压器一项,按我国每年生产1 000万台计算,已相当可观。目前国内市场上此类产品除采用铜漆包线以外均以韩国生产的铝漆包线为主,国内尚无厂家生产,韩国LG公司的市场占有份额较大。

自粘性

自粘性漆包线的特殊性能表现在可绕制无骨架线圈或免浸渍。主要用于彩电偏转,扬声器音圈、蜂鸣器、微电机、电子变压器等场合。根据底面漆的不同组合,选材不同也有不同的耐热等级,可分别满足不同使用场合。该品种在电声及彩电偏转方面用量相当可观。(扬声器年用量约350 t;彩偏年用量约2 500 t),扬声器配套以常州耀卫、常州钟山、福州大通、山东蓬莱为主,彩电偏转配套的自粘性漆包线,以日本进口为主。

高张力特性

由于漆包线的细径化,微细线的市场需求量不断增加,考虑到微细线在绕制过程安全张力小,绕制易断的特点,为了提高安全张力又兼顾其它特性,在加工选材上考虑采用掺有其它成分的合金铜使安全张力大幅度提高。同时导电率下降幅度也不过大,如东特公司HTM线安全张力为普通铜线的125%,导电率为93%,线规格为 φ 0.015~0.10 mm。

卷绕参数的一致性

对于被绕制线圈的电阻、电感、分布电容等参数有批量一致性要求的场合,漆包线线径导体公差和外径公差不能仅仅满足于符合标准而必须加以严格控制缩小公差带,这对漆包线生产工艺,生产设备提出了更高的要求,一般的生产工艺和国产漆包线设备尚无法满足这一生产要求。

耐高频高压特性及高Q值特性

电器产品除向小型化方向发展外,满足多种需要,适应多种环境更应引起重视。譬如对漆包线,提高使用频率,绕组线圈线与线之间所承受高的峰峰值电压,对于绕制线圈的考核是测试高频匝间耐压等等。为了满足此项性能,目前一些国外企业采用了不同的方法。如古河的三层绝缘线,电压可达到7 000~23 000 V。另有一种做法是在稀释绝缘漆过程中悬浮混合Cr2O3以提高漆包线的耐电晕性能,此方面国内尚未研究。鉴于:实效阻抗为直流阻抗与频率阻抗之和,直流阻抗是相对不变的,而频率阻抗与频率及所选用线径有关实效阻抗越小则线圈的品质因素Q值越高,因此提高Q值是线圈设计的关键。常用提高Q值的方法是在高频条件下选择适当的线径?φ 0.08~0.20 mm(多层线圈)、?φ 0.20~0.60 mm(单层线圈)并且在千赫至兆赫采用多股束丝线即LITZ线进行绕制,超过兆赫采用磁性漆包线,漆包银线,镀金、银漆包线或采用丝包、纱包线进行绕制。目前国内开关电源变压器用LITZ线的年需求量800 t,并呈上升趋势,多数为聚氨酯多股线。此外从降低成本方面考虑,如果加工手段具备,使用频率高则采用铜包铝为导体材料将使成本大大降低。

热熔断性

由于热熔断漆包线的特殊外绝缘层存在热熔断保护特性,因此在电源变压器中得到较广泛的使用,多被用于绕制初级线圈。当线圈过流或温升超过某一特定值,漆包线的外绝缘层迅速熔化,造成电源部分短路保护,以免损伤机器心脏部件。

耐热性、耐冷媒性、直焊性

就目前而言国产这一类产品的主流是:

上述品种经过行业各成员单位的潜心研究,产品已基本趋于成熟,正逐步开始占据家电产品用线的主导地位,但就绝缘漆而言,国产的上述几个产品用漆均或多或少存在着一些问题有待解决,如:耐热漆包线的耐湿裂性、聚氨酯漆包线的耐湿裂性、自润滑性、焊锡无残渣、柔软度等都与国外同类产品存在着相当差距,还有待提高。

异型化、大占积率

在线圈绕制加工过程中存在着一个漆包线在骨架中体积占有率的问题,采用圆线绕制的最大占有率为91%,电器产品朝小型化方向发展,势必要求元器件首先小型化,提高体积占有率成为线圈设计所必须考虑的问题之一。常用的方法有采用方型线,矩型扁线,提高体积占有率,可达96%,在大功率扬声器音圈上使用较为广泛。另外在利用LITZ线绕制开关电源变压器方面,由于LITZ线线径较粗,其体积占有率较小,目前有一种新的方法是采用多根平行线进行绕制,可使体积占有率比采用LITZ线时提高31%,由此多根平行线将可能继LITZ线之后成为一种新的热点,从而部份取代LITZ线。

无磁性及高导电性

我们生产漆包线所使用的铜材或多或少都含有少量的铁、镍、钴等磁性元素和其它杂质,而有的使用场合需要排除这些干扰或获得高导电性,因此对铜材提出了更高的要求,非但要有好的加工性能而且要有好的电性能,这方面国外已经把单晶铜应用于一些高保真的数字化传输和一些精密的仪表

课题提出的背景与意义:

随着时代的进步,生活节奏的加快和各种生活压力的出现,人们在心理方面也随之出现问题。青少年也不例外,作为年轻一代,青少年需要升学、就业的压力,还有人际的烦恼等各种问题。这些正影响着青少年的学习和生活,所以解决这些问题已经迫在眉睫。 心理承受力的概念:

所谓心理承受能力是个体对逆境引起的心理压力和负性情绪的承受与调节的能力,主要是对逆境的适应力、容忍力、耐力、战胜力的强弱。一定的心理承受能力是个体良好的心理素质的重要组成部分。

青少年心理承受能力软弱不仅可以给他们带来各种心理障碍与心理疾病,造成适应社会的困难,而且可以给他们成年后人格的健全发展及适应日趋激烈的竞争与挑战的社会生活留下隐患。因此,青少年心理承受的培养不仅是学校而且是家庭与社会必须给予长期重视并有效解决的问题。

影响中学生承受力的因素有:

1)生理条件。身体健康、发育正常的人较之体弱多病有生理缺陷的人更能抵制挫折。

(2)挫折经验。饱经风霜、阅历丰富的人较之知识贫乏、生活安逸的人更能抵制挫折。

(3)个性特点。开朗豁达、意志坚定的人更能适应挫折。

(4)抱负水平。希望值过高的人容易遭受挫折打击。

(5)心理准备。预先想到可能会出现挫折,心理有准备,当挫折来时,更能承受。

(6)主观判断。能对挫折作出客观评价、正确归因,就能恰当地应对挫折。我们虽然不能杜绝挫折的产生,但可以通过学习和训练去积极地应对挫折。

现代的中学生很多都具有争强好胜、个性十足,却又经不起任何挫折和于扰的脆弱的“蛋壳心理”。因此,一旦遇到挫折的环境,或受到批评,往往会采取过激的行为;或攻击,或自责、或冷漠退让、或放弃追求,甚至出现轻生行为。

如何增强中学生心理承受能力:

1.树立坚定正确的信念。信仰危机最容易造成人们心理上的崩溃,没有了精神支柱很难承受住各方面强大的心理压力。

2.提高认识水平。知识贫乏,闭目塞听,就容易钻牛角尖,变得心胸狭窄。中学生认识水平不高,看问题往往偏激、片面,为一点小事就心烦、生气。因此,应该学习辩证法,提高认识水平。

3.学会调节抱负水平。抱负水平过低虽然容易实现,但并不能带来满足感,会觉得生活乏味;抱负水平过高,超过了自己的能力水平或社会现实,又会因失败而苦恼,变得颓废。为学会调节自己的抱负水平,既不得过且过,又不好高骛远,这样才能保持积极向上的态度。

4.学会做情绪的主人。情绪好坏直接影响心理健康。中学生情绪波动大,因此要学会控制自己的情绪,做情绪的主人。应学会对不愉快的事冷静分析,学会理智抑制不必要的冲动,不感情用事,做到情感适度。

5.学会正确认识自己,正确认识他人,搞好人际关系。过高地估计自己,过低地估计别人,就会事事处处感到不顺心、不如意,常常为嫉妒而烦恼。只有摆正自己在集体中的位置,才会心理平衡。

6.丰富精神生活,积极休息。休息可以是睡觉,也可以是开展文娱活动,而后者这种积极的休息更有利于身心健康。

7.多参加集体活动。集体活动给人创造了融洽、亲切的气氛,它能给人以温暖,以精神力量;多参加集体活动可以使人更开朗、活泼,有益心理的健康发展。

8.培养幽默感。幽默可以消除烦恼,令人心情愉快。当然,幽默应该是有节制的、适度的。

9.心理疗法。如果已经有了心理疾病要到心理咨询机构及时诊治。

10.意识到挫折的存在性。中学生应意识到挫折是客观存在的,人生并非处处美好、舒适,从而在心理上做好准备。如读书、社会生活、与人交往等活动中可能出现挫折。

11.意识到挫折的两重性。挫折的结果一般带有两种意义:一方面可能使人产生心理的痛苦,行为失措;另一方面它又可给人以教益与磨练。中学生应该看到挫折的两重性,不应只见其消极面,而应以乐观的态度对待生活中的挫折。

12.保持适中的自我期望水平。中学生正值精力充沛、朗气蓬勃的青春年华,生活充满了希望和幻想,对学习和生活难免抱有较高期望和较高要求,但由于对生活中所遇坎坷估计不足,对自身能力、知识水平缺乏全面认识,所以一旦遇到不顺利的事就容易产生挫折感。因此中学生在学习和生活中应根据自己的实际情况确定具体可行的目标,保持中等期望水平,同时注意不可轻易否定自己。

13.培养积极乐观的人生观。挫折可成为弱者巨大的精神压力,也可成为强者勇往直前的动力。要意识到坚强的性格需要个人有意识的磨练,决不是一朝一夕就可以达到的。歌德曾说过:倘不是就眼泪吃过面包的人是不懂人生之味的。所以,要树立坚定的目标,培养乐观精神,这样一来就能从逆境中奋起。

14.创设条件,改变环境。情绪反映总是在一定的社会情景中产生。因此改变挫折引起的环境,转移注意力,就可以达到消除消极情绪的效果。

15.合理的宣泄。人们在遭受挫折时产生的紧张情绪,必须经过某种形式得到发泄,否则积累过多,容易导致精神失常。

16.寻求心理咨询。寻求心理工作者的帮助。通过个别交谈,排除心理障碍,达到摆脱矛盾,稳定情绪的理想效果。

在春风拂煦的一个早晨,重庆市的一名14岁女孩从8楼楼顶纵身跳下,因为她的学习成绩不够好,她认为父母和老师都不喜欢她。她的千字遗书在中学生中复印传看,因为她说出了同龄人的心里话。在今年3月在我国举行的预防自杀研讨会上,专家们指出,青少年是自杀率最高的人群。我们不能单纯指责他们“心理承受力太差”,而应该冷静地分析:造成和助长中小学生心理疾病的环境究竟是怎样形成的?

關於工傷處理有關規定

為了對工傷事故給予妥善處理,依據《工傷保險條例》、《江蘇省實施辦法》作出如下規定:

一、事故發生後,責任單位應立即報告單位主管,根據員工受傷害程度安排救治(救治醫院原則上為甪直人民醫院,對傷情嚴重或夜間無主治醫生不能處理時,可至蘇州醫院),管理部應及時提供車輛支持,協助進行救治。責任單位須在4小時內(夜班於次日上午)將《工傷事故報告》交人事,上報公司領導。

二、人事須對事故情況進行了解,符合工傷認定條件的,在一個月內向蘇州吳中區勞動和社會保障局提出工傷認定申請,工傷員工及責任單位須協助提供相關資料。

三、工傷所產生的醫療費用,對尚未參加社保人員由公司承擔,已參加社保人員由人事向蘇州吳中區勞動和社會保障局申請補償,要求《工傷事故報告》、受傷人員病歷、醫療費發票及用藥清單齊全,否則人事不予受理。醫療費用原則上由員工先行墊付,對數額較大的,可由責任單位主管向公司申請暫支款。

四、工傷人員需住院治療或行動不便需臥床休息的,可根據醫院証明申請工傷假,除此以外的工傷人員均應按時來公司上班,由單位主管酌情安排可以勝任的工作,暫不能工作的,須在公司指定地點休息。

五、住院治療工傷的,由公司按照因公出差伙食補助標準的70%發給住院伙食補助費;住院期間須公司安排人員陪護的,陪護人員(限一人)亦按照此標準發給伙食補助。

六、工傷發生後,對責任人員和單位主管將根據事故嚴重程度給予相應的處罰。

以上,自公布之日起實行。

1.從2004年12月13日開始,公司宿舍管理醞釀在每個宿舍選舉一名室長,室長由各單位主管提名選舉,主要負責收集本室員工的信息,協調室內員工的關係。為了落實這一制度,鼓勵室長恪盡職守,管理處還特推行評選“最佳寢室”的活動,從2005年度開始,每月在每棟宿舍樓評選一間“最佳寢室”,從福利金中拔款,給予室長和室內成員一定的物質獎勵,並頒發獎牌。

2.整理近兩年來員工自殺和自殺未遂的資料,請龍崗區人民醫院的醫師作專業的自殺原因分析。並聘請區醫院神經內科主任醫師對現場干部進行心理健康專題講座。2005年1月5日,區醫院的王合森主任來我公司主講了抑郁症的相關知識,因為抑郁症的第一大危害就是在於它會導致自殺,所以王主任就抑郁症的症狀、危害和預防等方面內容作了詳細的說明講解,前來學習的干部都表示受益非淺。員工心理健康的教育訓練已作為權益委員會2005年度的訓練重點,在未來的半年時間裡,每個月將安排2-3節這樣的課程供員工學習了解。

第一条、夏令营招生的范围及开班的意义

第二条、本合同的适用范围

本合同只适用于自签定合同之日起至该期学习结束止的这段时间,甲乙双方的权利与义务均依本合同的条款的约定而定。

第六条、乙方付费方式

第七条、教学安排

第二款、甲方保证按教学大纲授课,安排出具体的课程表及活动表,乙方有权利要求甲方按大纲

第八条、师资安排

中午12:00-2:20午休;

how to keep the body healthy? first is the healthy diet.there are ten words to summarize the healthy diet.they are one/two/three/four/five, red/yellow/green/white/black.” each word has different meanings. the word “one” means: drinking a bag of milk every day,this can improve our intake(吸收) of calcium (kasium) ; “two” means we should take in 250~350 grams of the carbohydrate each day. “three” means eating 3 kinds of high protein foods each day, such as egg, tofu fish and shrimp(虾). “four” includes four sentences,they are “menu should include both coarse and refined grains(do you know the coarse grains? corn(玉米)、broomcorn(高粱)soybean (黄豆)are the coarse grains ,rice and wheat are the refined grains.we should match them up during our meals;) the last three sentences are :the diet must be light; three meals needed every day; don’t eat too full” now we talk about the colors.different color represent different food.the “red/yellow/green” all represent the corresponding color of vegetables. “white” means oats (燕麦),oats contain much prandial (膳食的) fiber,which can help us reduce the cholesterol(胆固醇) [k?lest?r?l] and lose weight. “black” stands for the black food, like the black fungus [f??ɡ?s] (黑木耳) black rice /black sesame [sez?mi, ses-] (黑芝麻) and so on, these food contain rich nutrition, can prevent aging(防衰老) and tonifying our kidney(补肾). moderate exercise i think all of you know this song, its name is , though we can’t stop the growth of our age as the song sing, we can take exercise to reduce the destruction the aging caused .we should know the right way of exercise. the moderate exercise should follow some rules.these ruls can be summarized as the words “three/five/right”. “three” means each time you take exercise ,the moderate quantity of motion is a three kilometers or above 30 minutes. “five” tells us we should make exercise five times each week. there are so many exercises,you should choose the right one.the aerobic exercise(有氧运动) is good for us. jogging(慢跑), biking, basketball, football and basketball,all of them are aerobic exercise, the character of these exercise is its low intensity and the rhythm.aerobic exercise can enhance heart lungs endurance and improve the body resistance, anti-aging.aerobic exercise is recognized as one of the best health way of losing weight. 快走、慢跑、骑自行车、篮球、足球等都是有氧运动,有氧运动的特点是强度低、有节奏、持续时间长。有氧运动可以增强心肺耐力,提高机体抵抗力,抗衰老。
