Good afternoon, everyone.I’m very glad to share my research.From collecting materials to forming an article, I got lots of help from my teacher.In my opinion, I learned a lot from my research. First, I revised and looked up a large amount of information about how to be a good English teacher and their different roles.For one thing, a set of data from the famous linguist Rivers (1984) impreed me most.It reminds me of the importance of listening.We should catch all the chances to practice listening..First of all, the teacher should have the ability to speak English well.Besides, teach students to pay more attention to listening with their CDs, radios and so on.For another thing, Grice\'s theories of conversational implicature tell us to focus on conversational teaching.The first theory of meaning-nn is regarded as a theory of communication which might be achieved in the absence of any conventional means for expreing the intended meage.The second theory is eentially a theory about how people use language.So, in fact, it includes that we should teach the students culture and communication of language.Of course, we also need to teach them the learning strategy.As a matter of the fact, middle school students are always afraid to learn grammar.They think it is dull and difficult.If we can catch more students’ attention through conversational teaching, it may be easy for them.In a word, I found my article can enrich my theories and the content of practice. Second, practice makes perfect.Teaching is a complicated task; it not only needs practice, but also needs reflection.In a way, we learned to play all kinds of roles but we never to find out some principles.It is no doubt that principles may be more useful and true to cla teaching.Thus, I will try my best to play roles and summarize them in time. Third, it is a good chance for me to learn about the new curriculum for secondary education.I am not sure I am familiar with the new curriculum; I am also not good at writing in English .This time, I managed to translate them, introduce them and remember them.I believe I made progre with it . Though my research is simple, it is still eential to improve my English level, theories level and teaching practice. At last, thanks to my teachers for helping me with correcting my mistakes
