网络游戏公司团队建设探析
【摘要】 现代企业基本的运营模式为团队运营的模式,通过打造一支相互信任、技能互补、协作密切的高绩效团队来实现企业的战略目标,应对外来的挑战。团队建设是企业成功发展的关键,在知识和技术较为密集的网络游戏企业团队建设更为重要。网络游戏行业作为第三产业的重要增长点,异军突起,成为一支利益丰厚的产业链,各网络游戏公司也正不断加强内部团队建设,尤其是客户服务团队建设,不断服务客户,满足客户需求,以期在网络游戏市场拥有一席之地。本文通过概述管理理论中对人性的多种假设,以及团队理论的发展沿革,阐述团队理论对团队建设的意义,以及在实际中发挥作用的方式,探讨了建设高绩效的团队的理念和方法。本文进而将团队建设理论应用于企业管理实践,结合实例,通过采访调查,着重对X网络游戏公司客户服务团队建设进行研究。在对网络游戏行业背景信息和X公司内部状况分析的基础上,深入分析了X公司客户服务团队的现状与存在的问题,重点阐述了X公司客户服务团队建设策略,并相应提出了促进X公司客户服务团队建设的保障措施。本文得出的结论对相关企业的高绩效团队建设有参考和借鉴作用。

【Abstract】 The basic operating mode of the modern enterprise is the team operation mode.A team with mutual trust, skills complementary, close relationship and high performance can help the enterprise achieve the strategic target and cope with the external challenges.Team construction is the key to succe for the modern enterprise.It is more important for the team construction of the internet game enterprise which need more knowledge and technology.The internet games developed so rapidly that it has become one of the most important industry of the service sector.Every internet games company is constantly putting their attention to the team construction, especially the custom team construction, to serve the customer in order to win in the competence.The paper explains the effect of the team construction theory by introducing the team theory and the theories of human nature of various
aumptions and we expect the theories will be benefit to constructing a high efficient team.After the introduction of the theories of the team construction, we put the theory into practice of investigating X internet games company.On the basis of the introduction of the background of the internet games and the X company, we analyze the questions of the company and put forward the solutions and the security to ensure the solution.The conclusions that we achieved in the paper will benefit the construction of the enterprise.
