Abstract: Through the use of Hai Neng SOX500 crude fat tester and the different methods according to the principle of the soxhlet extraction, there was a qualitative determination of different soybean varieties of crude fat content, next made a comparison and analysis on the various factors which may affect the determination results, then summed up these factors to ensure the accuracy of determination results and data.The best experiment condition is: samples of calcium chloride, extraction time is 3 h, extraction temperature is 80 ℃, the drying time is 15 min, extraction cycle is 8 min, and take the heat of soxhlet extraction method.The crude fat content of five soybean varieties from low to high order is: Long Bean 18, Jin Bean 19, Jin Bean 25, Northeast Bean, Jin Bean 28,and the crude fat content of Jin Bean 28 reach 24.12%.
