communication.Now we all know that learning a new language is difficult, particularly to adults.This task alone is quite enough to cause frustration and anxiety, no matter how skillful language teachers are in making it easy for you.But once you begin to be able to carry on a friendly conversation with your maid, your neighbour, or to go on shopping trips alone, you not only gain confidence and a feeling of power but a whole new world of cultural meanings opens up for you.

First, we should be more tolerant towards people with cultural backgrounds different from ours.To get over frustrations caused by culture shock, we should try to adapt ourselves to the new environment and get along with our workmates harmoniously.Furthermore, we should never identify a person with the nationality he represents or proceed to hate the person\'s culture only because we don\'t like him.In fact, to preserve our national culture is not to resist foreign ones.
